All Georgian Peaks Club member badges renewed are subject to the Georgian Peaks Club Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims and Assumption of Risks Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Release Agreement"). The Electronic Commerce Act, SO 2000, c. 17 provides that a contract may be entered into by clicking on an appropriately designated icon on a computer screen, as is provided for in this website. The Release Agreement will affect your legal rights and we recommend you read it carefully before accepting. Persons renewing a Georgian Peaks Club badge for another, accept the Release Agreement as agent of the badge holder. Please provide the badge holder a copy of this Release Agreement or have the badge holder read the Release Agreement online.

IT IS IMPORTANT TO INCLUDE ALL FAMILY MEMBERS AND INCLUDE THE MEMBER NUMBER WITH ENDING LETTER WHERE APPLICABLE.
